Shipping policy

1. Delivery Areas

We provide local delivery services within our designated service areas. Delivery availability may vary depending on location. Customers are advised to confirm coverage prior to placing an order.

2. Delivery Schedule

Deliveries are made during our standard business hours. While we make every effort to accommodate preferred delivery dates, specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

3. Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before the daily cut-off time (12:00 AM PHILLIPINE TIME). Orders received after this time will be scheduled for the next available delivery date.

4. Delivery Charges

Delivery is provided free of charge for the first delivery attempt within our standard service area. Any subsequent delivery attempts, if required, may incur additional charges.

5. Recipient Availability

The initial delivery attempt will be made to the address provided by the customer at no additional cost. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the recipient is available at the delivery address. If the recipient is unavailable:

  • The arrangement may be left in a safe and appropriate location at the driver’s discretion.
  • The recipient may be contacted to arrange a suitable delivery option.

Any re-delivery requested after an unsuccessful first attempt will be subject to an additional delivery fee.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers must provide accurate and complete delivery details. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information. Additional fees may apply for re-delivery.

7. Substitution Policy

Due to seasonal availability, certain flowers or containers may be substituted with items of equal or greater value. Any substitutions will be made with care to preserve the overall style and quality of the arrangement.

8. Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., no access to the property, no response from the recipient), the order may be returned to the shop. Re-delivery can be arranged at an additional cost.

9. Special Delivery Instructions

Customers may include specific delivery instructions when placing an order. While we will make reasonable efforts to follow these instructions, we cannot guarantee all requests can be fulfilled.

10. Peak Periods

During peak occasions such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and other holidays, delivery times may be extended due to high demand. 

11. Delivery Confirmation

Where applicable, confirmation of delivery may be provided. This may include a notification or message confirming that the order has been delivered.

12. Third-Party Courier Services

For certain delivery locations outside our standard service area, orders may be fulfilled by third-party courier services. These services are used exclusively for selected locations where direct delivery by our team is not available.

While we take utmost care in preparing and packaging all floral arrangements, responsibility for the order transfers to the third-party courier once it has been dispatched. Accordingly, we shall not be held liable for any damage, delay, or loss that may occur during transit. Any issues arising from such deliveries should be addressed directly with the respective courier service provider.
