Refund policy

1. General Policy

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, all sales are generally considered final. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will review any concerns on a case-by-case basis.

2. Damaged or Unsatisfactory Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not meet expected quality standards, you must notify us within 4 hours of delivery.

  • Photographic evidence may be required to assess the issue
  • Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or partial/full refund at our discretion

3. Non-Delivery or Delivery Issues

If an order is not delivered due to an error on our part, a full refund or replacement will be offered.
However, refunds will not be issued in cases where delivery was unsuccessful due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer
  • Recipient unavailability
  • Restricted or inaccessible delivery locations

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if notice is provided before the order has been prepared or dispatched.
Once preparation or dispatch has begun, cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.

5. Same-Day Orders

Same-day delivery orders are processed promptly; therefore, cancellations or refunds may not be possible once the order is confirmed.

6. Substitutions

Due to seasonal availability, substitutions may be made with flowers, containers, color (wrap & ribbons) of equal or greater value. Such substitutions do not qualify for refunds, provided the overall design and quality are maintained.

7. Third-Party Courier Deliveries

For orders delivered via third-party courier services, we are not responsible for damage or delays occurring during transit. Refunds or claims related to such issues must be directed to the respective courier provider, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

8. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
